SEE ME FOR WHO I AM: Autism Awareness

The Autism community is amazing, but often an unseen community. A lot of people are not informed about the great things that the Autism community has successfully mastered. Sometimes based on their spectrum, they can master the most difficult things but struggle with the simplest tasks. I’ve created an Autism awareness literacy children’s book for early education, titled, “SEE ME FOR WHO I AM”. I’ve created 26 hand-painted animated characters who in the book share with the readers things they can and have accomplished. ‘SEE ME FOR WHO I AM’, helps enforce Autism awareness, reading, writing, and word definition for all students of early education age.

She encourages him to “Soar like an eagle when Andy gets anxious. When Andy repeats this phrase three times, he summons an eagle who builds his confidence throughout this story.

I graduated from high school in 1971 and married a Vietnam vet in 1974. This book was for me, too. I didn't give much thought to the war through high school, but a good friend of mine was one of the haters.
